Next, we will put together a preliminary treatment plan and cost estimate, based on your details and wishes. You can take your time to consider our proposal and can contact us with any questions you may have. On your agreement, we will arrange the treatment for you in Switzerland. If requested, we can assist with organizing your visa, accommodation and local transport for you and your family.
Your Guest Relations Manager will offer support and assistance in Switzerland and is there for you throughout your treatment. Our sole focus is on your health and wellbeing. We provide as much or as little help as you wish, for example with checking into the hospital, accompanying you to doctors’ appointments and visiting you during your stay. We will also manage your medical reports and can arrange translation as required.
Cost transparency is important to us. Once your medical treatment is completed you will receive a final cost summary with copies of all original invoices. We will also send you all your medical reports or store them here for you. Or if you prefer, for maximum discretion, we can ensure your medical documents are destroyed.
